Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
Free tracked shipping on every order. There's no minimum: 1 bottle, the 3-bottle pack and the 5-bottle pack all ship free with tracking.
Express shipping is not available during the preorder.
Preorders: ships by November 5, 2026
Slimmy is currently on preorder. Preorders are paid in full at checkout and ship by November 5, 2026. If anything changes that date, we'll email you right away, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: after November 5, 2026, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: typically 7–12 business days after your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can add time.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number, plus a photo if it's damaged. We'll replace it or refund you.
Your guarantee starts at delivery
Your 30-day money-back guarantee is counted from the day your first order is delivered, so waiting for a preorder or a slow carrier never eats into it.
