Subscriptions aren't available right now. If we offer Subscribe & Save in the future, this policy applies to every subscription.
How subscriptions work
Subscribe & Save delivers Slimmy on a regular schedule at a lower price. You choose a plan at checkout:

A first-order discount may apply. Shipping is shown at checkout before you subscribe.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically and charges the payment method you used at checkout on each billing date until you cancel. There's no minimum number of orders and no commitment.
Reminder before every renewal
We'll email you a reminder before each renewal, so you have time to make changes.
Skip, change or cancel anytime
You can skip a delivery, change your plan or cancel any time before your next billing date:
- Online: log in to your account on our site and open your subscription.
- By email: write to support@tryslimmy.com with your order number. Please email at least 2 business days before your billing date so we can process it in time.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Orders already charged or shipped before you cancelled follow our Refund Policy.
Preorder cancellations
Preorders are paid in full at checkout. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing support@tryslimmy.com with your order number.
