1. About these terms

This website, tryslimmy.com, is operated by Slimmy ("Slimmy", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked here (Refund, Shipping, Subscription, Privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Product information and health disclaimer

Slimmy Lymphatic Drainage Drops are a dietary supplement.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under 18.
  • Read the label and follow the directions. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if you have a reaction.
  • Results vary from person to person. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
  • Information on this site is for general education only and isn't medical advice.
  • We try to show products, colors and packaging accurately, but your screen and minor packaging updates may differ.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in the order.
  • Payment is charged when you place your order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, household or address.

5. Preorders

  • Preorders are paid in full at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout (currently November 5, 2026).
  • If the ship date changes, we'll email you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.
  • During the preorder, 1 bottle is $39.99, the 3-bottle pack (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) is $69.98 and the 5-bottle pack (Buy 3 Get 2 Free) is $104.97. The bundle prices are preorder prices available for a limited time. When stock arrives, they return to their regular prices of $79.98 and $119.97.

6. Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it's confirmed. We'll let you know if this happens.

7. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. See our Subscription Policy for details on reminders, skipping and cancelling.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee, which starts on the day your first order is delivered, are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Your use of the site

Please don't misuse the site: no illegal use, no attempts to hack, scrape or disrupt it, and no copying or reselling our content, images or brand without written permission. All site content belongs to Slimmy or its licensors.

10. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, shipping and some features are handled by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We aren't responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slimmy and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
